"Whenever we go on holiday, we feel perfectly comfortable leaving our two cats to Luciana's care: in a nutshell, she is knowledgeable, caring and reliable. It is extremely rare to come across someone with such experience and a deep understanding of cat behaviour and needs. If you feel you are having issues with your cat(s), she can probably help substantially. She interacts very well with our two cats, which is not always easy, one being very shy and the other being dominant and dealing with some medical issues. Besides her sheer competence, it is clear that she has genuine affection for them, which is extra reassuring to us when we are far away and leave our cats alone. One very important aspect is that she spends quite some time and energy playing (truly playing!) with both cats in a way that works for them and their specific energy level. This helps them be less stressed when we are away. She often brings them new toys - they always love them! Finally, but importantly, Luciana is very organised and reliable. "I've always been apprehensive about going on holiday or work trips because I have to leave my sweet cat behind. He's a real cuddler, but he absolutely hates other people. A calm and reliable friend once stayed in my house for a whole week while I was away, and she didn't see him at all. So someone who's home all day doesn't make my cat, George, happy. Last year, I came across Luciana's service just before going on holiday. She came by for an introductory meeting, which immediately went very well. She seemed calm, caring and trustworthy, and talked at length about everything she could do for George. I knew she took cat care very seriously and left feeling more relaxed.
